Working at the intersection of business and healthcare, his unique perspective enables a focus on healthcare business growth, organizational skills, clinical leadership, and relationship management. He thrives on identifying creative opportunities as well as effective process improvement strategies for teams and business success.

In previous role as Director of Clinical Operations for a national spine surgery group, Dr. Gross coordinated and led multiple growth and expansion initiatives and even facilitated in the successful planned sale of the business, despite a global economic decline at that time.  He created and standardized scalable policies and evidence-based treatment algorithms and was instrumental in expanding the service line to include auto and work injury-related cases.  Prior to his operations leadership role, he worked with a company that became the world’s largest provider of outpatient minimally invasive spine surgery.  The department he led was a benchmark for performance that consistently produced one-third of the facility’s surgical volume.  While there, he also developed a first-of-its-kind post-surgical spine rehabilitation certificate program that was successfully taught in multiple states.  Professionally, Dr. Gross is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician that ran multiple chiropractic clinics in the Phoenix metro area that served as the Official Chiropractor for the Phoenix Coyotes NHL Hockey team before his transition to the multidisciplinary setting.

Dr. Gross holds his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Northeast College of Health Sciences and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. He has also completed post-graduate training and credentials in MRI of the spine through the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine.  Having served as President of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic, Dr. Gross realizes the value of and possesses skills in relationship management, coalition building, grassroots advocacy, public policy, stakeholder management, strategic planning, fundraising, and message delivery.  Dr. Gross enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, racquetball, hiking, mountain biking, and snow skiing.  He also owns a set of golf clubs.
