
Bart Tichelman
CEO and Co-founder
Bart enjoys building high-performance teams addressing high-growth opportunities. As CEO, he grew two clean-tech companies to successful exits; Statpower Technologies was sold to Xantrex Technology in 1999, and Serveron Corporation was sold to BPL Global in 2007. He was also CEO and on the Board of ARISE Technologies, a publicly traded solar energy company. Most recently he sold SynapSense Corporation on behalf of its investors. He has raised over $200MM from both private and public sources.
Prior to his clean-tech experience, Mr. Tichelman led the Eastern US operations of Cott Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia; as a partner with Paradigm Consulting Ltd., he assisted companies undergoing dramatic change; spent several years in the telecommunications industry with Unitel Communications, as Vice President of the General Business Market, Vice President of Network Operations as well as several other positions. He started in the computer industry in 1977 with Burroughs, moved to IBM in 1978 and progressed through several positions culminating in Branch Manager.
Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia. While at UBC, he played rugby and was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon. He and his wife, Leslieann, are avid golfers and have two daughters, Alix and Monica.
Patti Graham
Patti brings an accomplished career as a leader implementing growth initiatives and successful turnaround strategies. Her career focuses on supporting organizations in achieving goals and objectives by developing and delivering innovative strategies driving efficiency and developing top-performing teams. Patti is a forward-thinking strategist adept at driving quality outcomes and improving business operations.
Prior to Ancillon, Patti was the CEO of an independent multispecialty ambulatory surgery center where she increased both volume and revenues by more than 300%. She was the Executive Director for Laser Spine Institute (LSI) in Scottsdale, Arizona when the facility was named as one of Arizona’s best places to work and was also awarded the AZ Most Admired Company’s Innovation Award. Patti was successful at increasing patient satisfaction scores by double digits to exceed the national average. Patti is a registered nurse with extensive experience in management, legal nurse consulting, and nursing in the critical care and ambulatory care settings.
Patti has a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Calgary, a master’s certificate from Cornell University in Change Leadership, and a diploma in Legal Nurse Consulting. She loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.


Anthony Gross
Director of Operations and Co-founder
Anthony joins Ancillon with over 25 years of business, clinical, educational, and leadership experience. Working at the intersection of business and healthcare, his unique perspective enables a focus on healthcare business growth, organizational skills, clinical leadership, and relationship management. He thrives on identifying creative opportunities as well as effective process improvement strategies for teams and business success.
In previous role as Director of Clinical Operations for a national spine surgery group, Dr. Gross coordinated and led multiple growth and expansion initiatives and even facilitated in the successful planned sale of the business, despite a global economic decline at that time. He created and standardized scalable policies and evidence-based treatment algorithms and was instrumental in expanding the service line to include auto and work injury-related cases. Prior to his operations leadership role, he worked with a company that became the world’s largest provider of outpatient minimally invasive spine surgery. The department he led was a benchmark for performance that consistently produced one-third of the facility’s surgical volume. While there, he also developed a first-of-its-kind post-surgical spine rehabilitation certificate program that was successfully taught in multiple states. Professionally, Dr. Gross is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician that ran multiple chiropractic clinics in the Phoenix metro area that served as the Official Chiropractor for the Phoenix Coyotes NHL Hockey team before his transition to the multidisciplinary setting.
Dr. Gross holds his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Northeast College of Health Sciences and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. He has also completed post-graduate training and credentials in MRI of the spine through the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine. Having served as President of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic, Dr. Gross realizes the value of and possesses skills in relationship management, coalition building, grassroots advocacy, public policy, stakeholder management, strategic planning, fundraising, and message delivery. Dr. Gross enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, racquetball, hiking, mountain biking, and snow skiing. He also owns a set of golf clubs.
